Schwab Paper would like to introduce employee Margarito Vargas. Margarito started for Schwab Paper when it was located on Ashland Ave on the south side of Chicago. He has been a Sawyer then switched to Guillotine Cutter Operator since March of 1974. Well respected and well liked by his co-workers he has one of the best work ethic’s I’ve ever seen.

Margarito is one of the reasons Schwab has an employee turnover of less than 1 employee every 2-3 years. For a while we had 2 of his brothers also working at the Company. Thanks, Margarito you help make Schwab Paper the Company we are!
